SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) — The Florida Panthers have signed right wing Jack Skille to a two-year contract.

Skille had eight goals and 11 assists in 62 games with the Panthers and Chicago Blackhawks last season. Skille was with Florida for 13 games after the Panthers traded for him in February.

Skille also had a goal for the United States at this year’s world championships in Slovakia.

Also Tuesday, the Panthers said they signed defenseman Roman Derlyuk to a one-year entry-level contract. He was Florida’s sixth-round pick in the 2005 draft.
