Shots fired in traffic altercation in Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police are investigating a shooting that apparently took place during a traffic altercation early Wednesday in Portland.

Police responded about 2:30 a.m. to a 911 call of a speeding vehicle and gunshots.

Officers found two vehicles had crashed after shots had been fired from one vehicle at the other. There were no shooting victims at the scene.

Two people were detained for investigation.
