Man found shot dead in motor home ruled suicide

GRANTS PASS, Ore. (AP) — Investigators have concluded that a man found shot dead in a motor home last week outside the Southern Oregon community Merlin was a suicide victim.

The Grants Pass Daily Courier reports (http://bit.ly/uYCrm6 ) that an autopsy and a review of the evidence determined 42-year-old Timothy E. Storie died of a self-inflicted wound.

The death was among three shooting incidents in Merlin last week. A couple was shot dead at their home, and a boy hit by a stray bullet while waiting for the school bus.
