Vancouver — SEH America Inc. has purchased a nearly 30,000 square foot building with 1.6 acres of vacant land at 3611 N.E. 112th Ave. The property, which is adjacent the chip manufacturer’s building in east Vancouver, was purchased for $2.65 million.

The building, which had been owned by Oregon-based private investment firm ODUS Properties LLC, currently houses the Pulse Electronics antenna division. The company has about 18 months remaining on its lease.

The transaction was brokered by Don Drake of Melvin Mark Properties. Drake said SEH did not disclose any plans for the property or building at the time of the sale.
