GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Sam Bradford is back at quarterback for the St. Louis Rams, but Arizona’s Kevin Kolb is inactive for Sunday’s game between the two 1-6 NFC West teams.

Bradford has missed two games with a high ankle sprain, but was able to practice on a limited basis last Thursday and Friday. Kolb missed practice all week because of a right turf toe injury that occurred in last weekend’s 30-27 loss at Baltimore.

Second-year pro John Skelton, 2-2 as a rookie starter late last season, replaces Kolb at quarterback.

Arizona tight end Todd Heap is active after missing three games with a hamstring injury.

Fullback Anthony Sherman (ankle) and linebacker Joey Porter (knee) also are inactive for Arizona.
