Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Casino Entertainment LLC, a vocational school, has leased 500 square feet of office space at Orchards Center, 10637 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 107, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Columbia Ventures Corp., an investment firm, has leased 1,465 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 120, Vancouver. The company is relocating due to downsizing. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Eco Best, home remodelers specializing in high-performance vinyl windows, foam insulation and roofing materials and installation, has leased 2,400 square feet of office and warehouse space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Frumenti, Lander and Wallace P.S., an accounting firm, has leased 4,354 square feet of office space at MJ Murdock Executive Plaza, 703 Broadway, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.

NW Injury & Rehab Center, specializing in sports, occupational and injury rehabilitation, has leased 2,868 square feet of office space at 7700 N.E. Greenwood Ave., Vancouver, from Erickson Realty. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1. Mike Merrill of The Phillips Group represented the tenant. Richard Sabel of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Orca Pacific Inc., providing water treatment products and services, has leased 4,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 9602 N.E. 126th Ave., Vancouver, from CLMG Corp. Terry Phillip of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Smak Plastics Inc. has renewed a lease of industrial space at The Olin Business Park, 9116 N.E. 130th Ave., Suite 106, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant and the landlord.

Will Vision and Laser Center has renewed a lease on office space at Parkway Plaza I, 8100 N.E. Parkway Drive, Suite 125, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord. Brian Wise of Hume Myers Tenant Counsel represented the tenant.

Zenaptic Chiropractic, providing chiropractic and soft-tissue services, massage and acupuncture, has leased 2,306 square feet of space at Fourth Plain Shopping Center, 3021 N.E. 72nd Drive, Vancouver, from Rok Properties. Deborah Ewing and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the tenant.
