BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Starting safety T.J. Ward has a cast on his right foot, the latest injury for the battered Cleveland Browns.

Ward was hurt in Sunday’s loss at Houston. Browns coach Pat Shurmur did not give specifics Wednesday on Ward’s injury and has not yet ruled him out of this week’s game against St. Louis.

Wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi was sent home again with post-concussion symptoms after sustaining his second head injury in 13 months. Massaquoi had his second concussion on Oct. 23. He missed one game, returned to practice last week and played briefly against the Texans before leaving when he got “woozy.”

Also, Shurmur said safety Usama Young (hip) and cornerback Dimitri Patterson (knee) will not practice.

The Browns are already without running backs Peyton Hillis (hamstring) and Montario Hardesty (calf) this week.
