SEATTLE (AP) — About 100 students are marching Wednesday afternoon from the University of Washington through the nearby University District in Seattle.

About four dozen officers, including police on horseback, are monitoring the march. Many are lined up outside a Chase bank branch.

The students are protesting state spending cuts for higher education and identifying with the Occupy Wall Street movement.
