SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police say they have arrested four people as Occupy Seattle protesters marched on downtown Seattle streets.

The latest action by the group protesting corporate wealth and economic inequality began late afternoon on Tuesday. They were met by Seattle officers who steered them away from blocking intersections.

Video footage from TV news showed a large crowd of protesters surrounded by police, including several instances of officers pepper spraying people.

The Occupy Seattle Twitter account tweeted that several people were hit by pepper spray, including an elderly woman.
