ATLANTA (AP) — Rookie receiver Julio Jones is inactive with a right hamstring injury, leaving Atlanta without one of its top big-play threats against Tennessee on Sunday.

Jones missed practice all week after leaving the Falcons’ loss to New Orleans with the injury last week. He missed two games earlier in the season with a left hamstring injury.

Will Svitek is starting at left tackle for Sam Baker (back), who is missing his fourth straight game. James Sanders is starting for Atlanta safety William Moore (quadriceps).

Titans middle linebacker Barrett Ruud (groin) is starting. Backup linebackers Colin McCarthy (knee) and Gerald McRath (hamstring) are active.

Tennessee receiver Donnie Avery is inactive. He does not have a catch in six games since signing with the team.

Defensive end Dave Ball (concussion) is out.
