BALTIMORE (AP) — Ravens middle linebacker Ray Lewis has been placed on the inactive list for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a toe injury, ending his streak of 57 consecutive starts.

Lewis hasn’t missed a game since 2007. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by Dannell Ellerbe.

The Bengals will be without rookie wide receiver A.J. Green, who was inactive after hyperextending his right knee last weekend making a touchdown catch against Pittsburgh. Andre Caldwell is expected to start in his place.

Cincinnati’s inactives included safety Robert Sands, linebacker Dontay Moch, tackle Anthony Collins and tight end Donald Lee.

Baltimore placed kick returner David Reed on the inactive list. He lost two fumbles last week in a 22-17 loss to Seattle. Linebacker Sergio Kindle was also on the list.
