Norway’s Northug, Bjoergen win WCup ski races

KUUSAMO, Finland (AP) — Norwegian Olympic champions Petter Northug and Marit Bjoergen won freestyle races Saturday in World Cup cross-country.

Northug, a double Olympic gold medalist, dominated the 10-kilometer race from the start and finished in 21 minutes, 49.1 seconds. Italy’s Roland Clara was 23.8 seconds behind and France’s Maurice Manificat was third, 30.1
