Kolb inactive fourth straight week

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb is inactive for the fourth straight week with injuries to his right foot, with John Skelton again getting the start Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. Kolb has turf toe and a bone bruise.

Rams middle linebacker James Laurinaitis (foot) and defensive end Chris Long (ankle) are active after being questionable. Wide receiver Danario Alexander (hamstring) is out for the fifth straight game and running back Cadillac Williams (calf) missed his second straight game.

Cardinals tight end Rob Housler (groin) are inactive and linebacker Joey Porter (knee) previously had been ruled out. Cornerback Michael Adams, offensive tackle Brandon Keith and tight end Todd Heap are active after being listed as questionable.
