NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Both Tomas Bruha and Josh Davis tallied double-doubles, and Tulane used a halftime-spanning run to cruise past San Diego 65-46 Sunday night to stay undefeated.

Davis scored 14 points with 15 rebounds while Bruha also had 14 points and added 10 rebounds for the Green Wave (7-0), who overcame an early deficit in a big way in the Hoops for Hope Classic.

Trailing 16-11 with just under seven minutes left in the opening half, Jordan Callahan knocked down a 3-pointer that started a 17-6 Tulane run into halftime for a six-point lead. Tulane led the rest of the way.

But the spree didn’t end just because the first half did, as the Green Wave opened the second with a Bruha dunk that sparked a 15-2 run for a 43-24 lead with 11:09 to play. Overall, Tulane produced a 32-11 halftime-spanning spree.

Darian Norris led the Toreros (4-2) with 13 points.
