INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Colts have signed linebacker Scott Lutrus to the active roster, added quarterback Jarrett Brown to the practice squad, placed defensive back Stevie Brown on injured reserve and released tight end Mike McNeill.

All of the moves were made Tuesday.

Lutrus signed with Jacksonville in July as an undrafted rookie and was released in early September before joining the St. Louis Rams’ practice squad.

Jarrett Brown made 15 starts at West Virginia and was originally signed by San Francisco 2010. After briefly going on the 49ers’ practice squad last year, he was signed by Cleveland and was cut during training camp.

Stevie Brown sustained a concussion in Sunday’s 27-19 loss to Carolina and did not return. McNeill was an undrafted rookie.

Jacksonville also signed quarterback Dan LeFevour off Indy’s practice squad.
