PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Zack Rosen had 20 points, five assists and played the entire game, as Penn outlasted Manhattan 75-72 Tuesday night.

Miles Cartwright had 14 points and three steals and the Quakers (4-4) snapped a three-game losing streak.

George Beamon had 16 points, four rebounds and was 8 of 8 from the line, and Kidani Brutus and Liam McCabe-Moran had 13 points each for the Jaspers (3-4), who have lost three straight.

Manhattan, which has played two other Ivy League teams, beat Brown, 54-52, and lost to Columbia, 59-41.

This one was much closer than the latter, but Penn’s Tyler Bernardini nailed an open 3-pointer from the top of the key with 1:11 left to give Penn a 71-67 lead, forcing a Jaspers timeout.

Manhattan missed two 3-point attempts, and three shots overall on the next possession, before forcing the Quakers to the line, where they finished 14 of 18.
