SEATTLE (AP) — Forecasters say a high pressure system building over the Northwest will bring mostly clear, cold weather to Washington through the weekend.

The National Weather Service expects some sunshine will break through morning clouds and fog in Western Washington while low temperatures drop into the 20s.

In Eastern Washington, forecasters expect mostly clear weather through the weekend with lows in the teens.
