Police on Wednesday arrested a Vancouver man for alleged dealing and possession of child pornography.

Detectives with the Digital Evidence Cybercrime Unit arrested William J. Hainsey, 63, of Vancouver on suspicion of 10 counts of dealing, 10 counts of possession and 1 count of viewing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Police recovered computers and digital storage devices when search warrant was served at Hainsey’s home in the 3700 block of Evergreen Boulevard on April 21, police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said in a release.

Computer forensic analysis of the evidence produced the images of child pornography, which led to the arrest, Kapp said.

Hainsey was booked into the Clark County Jail.
