Car demolishes Aberdeen bus stop on top of woman

ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) — A woman was waiting in a bus shelter in Aberdeen when a car smashed into it, knocking it down.

Police tell KBKW the woman climbed out of the rubble Wednesday, got on a bus and left. Police would like to find her and ask about the accident that involved two other cars.

The driver was taken to a hospital.

Grays Harbor Transit workers removed the bus shelter debris.
