Higgins, Morgan State beats Savannah State 44-17

BALTIMORE (AP) — Sean Higgins passed for four touchdowns to lead Morgan State to a 44-17 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference victory over Savannah State on Saturday.

Higgins, a freshman making his second start, completed 14 of 24 for 239 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown to Andre Nelson on the opening possession of the second half that put the Bears (3-3, 2-1) ahead 24-10.
