SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Police in Salem have ordered neighbors out of their houses and have closed off streets as they negotiate with a man in a trailer they say is agitated and has a gun.
The Statesman Journal reports (http://bit.ly/nykTFu ) an elementary school took lockdown precautions Friday morning.
