JPMorgan Chase & Co. has submitted an application to the city of Vancouver to build a branch bank at 719 S.E. 164th Ave. at Mill Plain Boulevard.

The one-story, 4,120-square-foot branch would have two attached drive-through lanes on a 22,871-square-foot lot. It would have 11 to 12 employees, Chase said in its application. The property, which has a two-story single-family residence, is zoned for office commercial uses.

Vancouver’s Community Development department has scheduled a pre-application conference for Oct. 27.
