PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police say they’ve recaptured a 25-year-old man who escaped from the Washington County jail and three months later got away from officers after a high-speed chase.

The Oregon State Police said Jontae Raydale Mixon was picked up Monday night in northeast Portland after officers were tipped off.

The police say Mixon walked away from the jail in Hillsboro in April. In July, Oregon officers chased his car at speeds up to 120 mph across the Interstate 205 bridge into Vancouver, Wash., where they lost it.
