Seattle man found with 26 pounds of pot

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Seattle man accused of violating Oregon’s law forbidding cell phone use while driving was found with more than 26 pounds of marijuana.,

Oregon State Police stopped 43-year-old Harold J. Saperstein near Tualatin, Ore., when they say they saw him talking on his cell phone Sunday night.

A drug-detection dog sniffed out more than 26 pounds of pot and two pounds of marijuana.

Saperstein was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of hashish.
