Football

CY WHITMIRE, Woodland: Whitmire rushed for 198 yards on 17 carries and scored three touchdowns as Woodland remained unbeaten in 2A GSHL play with a big win over R.A. Long.

Volleyball

TAYLOR BARRUS, Skyview: Barrus had 22 kills and 16 digs in two key league wins that put Skyview back into first place in the 4A GSHL.

Girls soccer

SHEAFFER SKADSEN, Skyview: The senior scored the final goal in a 3-0 win over Union, and the only goal in a 1-0 overtime win over Evergreen.

Boys cross country

ANDREW KALER, Camas: Kaler won a three-team meet against Kelso and Mountain View at Round Lake.

Girls cross country

SARA TAFERRE, Skyview: Taferre won a meet against Evergreen, Columbia River and Fort Vancouver at Skyview High School.

Boys golf

EDDIE ABELLAR, Union: The freshman shot a 4-under-par 32 at Camas Meadows in a win over Evergreen. He also shot an even-par round on the course later in the week.

Girls swimming

JULIA SANDERS, Hockinson: Sanders won the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke in a multi-team meet at LaCamas Swim and Sport.

Boys tennis

TREVOR JONES, Mountain View: Jones won a straight-set match from the No. 1 singles position in win over Prairie.
