Hockinson — More than 128 Brush Prairie-area residents test-drove a Ford vehicle at Hockinson High School on Sept. 28. For every test drive, Vancouver Ford and Ford Motor Company donated $20 to the Hockinson High School athletics program as part of Ford’s Drive One 4 UR School program. The total amount raised for the school was $3,230.

“With all the cutbacks in school budgets, finding creative ways to fund-raise is imperative,” said Beth Tugaw, athletic director at Hockinson High School. “The money from Ford will make a difference to our students and it says a lot about who they are as a company.”
