OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The state started sending out 3.3 million voters’ pamphlets this week to registered voters in Washington.

The Secretary of State Office says the pamphlets have information on the five ballot issues on the ballot. There are no statewide races in the Nov. 8 election.

Some counties send out separate voters’ pamphlets on local races and issues. Eight counties have combined pamphlets with the state’s. They are Clark, Cowlitz, Franklin, Klickitat, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania and Whatcom.

The state voters’ pamphlet also is available online.
