REPOST: CRC consultant sues to stop records disclosure

The largest contractor on the Columbia River Crossing planning has sued the state to keep its financial records confidential.

A forensic accountant hired by opponents of the project has asked for financial records of David Evans Associates, which has prompted Evans to sue to prevent their disclosure.
