Letter: Turk will have positive effect in Camas

The Columbian
Published: October 14, 2011, 5:00pm

Shannon Turk is an example of the positive leadership that Camas needs. She has a passion for local government, and her long record of volunteerism is impressive. Turk has vast knowledge of local government operations, and has worked at the state, county and city level. Her accounting experience will assist the city in making tough decisions, and help the city of Camas get the most, with less resources. She has no desire to be a “rubber stamp” on the Camas City Council, but has promised to research every issue thoroughly and with an open mind.

Shannon Turk is the positive choice.
