PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A rowing crew on Sunday morning found the body of a 41-year-old Milwaukie man in the Willamette River.

The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office says the body of Eugene Ford Jr. was found a mile south of the Sellwood Bridge.

The cause of death is not known.

Oregon Rowing Unlimited team member Nancy Moore tells The Oregonian (http://bit.ly/oaWJsn) that Ford’s body was spotted as the team rowed on the river just north of Milwaukie Bay.
