ATLANTA (AP) — Harry Douglas is starting at wide receiver for the Falcons as top rookie Julio Jones is inactive with a hamstring injury for Sunday’s game against Carolina.

The Panthers’ problems at linebacker continue as backup Omar Gaither is out with a sprained MCL. Carolina has lost Jon Beason and Thomas Davis for the season.

Carolina right tackle Jeff Otah (back) is out. Byron Bell, an undrafted rookie, will make his second start.

Carolina’s backup running back Mike Woodson is inactive for the second straight week. Keoloha Pilares will return kicks.
