BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Browns starting linebacker Scott Fujita has been sent home with symptoms from a concussion suffered Sunday in Oakland.
Fujita was injured in the fourth quarter of the 24-17 loss. He was at the Browns’ training facility Wednesday, but coach Pat Shurmur says the 10-year veteran wasn’t feeling well and was sent home to rest.
Also, Shurmur says running back Peyton Hillis was not likely to practice. He strained his left hamstring in the first half Sunday. Shurmur adds Hillis would try to do some running, and it’s too early to know if he’ll be able to play this week against Seattle.
Shurmur says cornerback Joe Haden, who missed last week’s game with a knee sprain, will try to do more this week. He is uncertain for the matchup with the Seahawks.
