Prayer breakfast set for Thursday

The 10th Annual Clark County Mayors’ and Civic Leaders’ Prayer Breakfast will start at 7 a.m. Thursday in the main ballroom of the Vancouver Hilton, 301 W. Sixth St.

Woodland Mayor Chuck Blum is this year’s host mayor. Around 800 guests are expected to be in attendance, including all other mayors from the county and other public officials.

Joseph Anfuso will be the keynote speaker. Anfuso is the founder and president of Forward Edge International, a local, faith-based organization that provides international relief and development in the U.S. and other parts of the world.

Registered nurse Jackie Gust will be the testimonial speaker.

The event is sponsored by the Clark County Chapters of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America.
