Letter: However you vote, please vote

Please vote. I just mailed in my ballot. I voted “no” on all the initiatives. “No” on I-1125, the road toll vote, because it was paid for by a millionaire in Bellevue to counter the will of the voters. “No” on I-1163, the health aid training vote, because it is a rerun of a previously defeated initiative. “No” on I-1183, the state liquor sales vote, because it too is a rerun of a previously defeated initiative.

I voted “yes” on both amendments to the state Constitution, Senate Joint Resolutions 8206 and 8206, to encourage bipartisan agreement where I can.

I voted “no” on Proposition 1, the C-Tran sales tax hike.

Please disagree with me! Vote to counteract my vote, but please vote. A democracy works best when everyone votes.
