Man fatally shot in Tacoma, Wash.

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — A Tacoma, Wash., police spokesman says a man was fatally shot Friday night.

Spokesman Mark Fulghum tells KOMO-TV that a man inside a home heard gunshots, looked outside and saw a man on the ground. The witness also saw two men walking away from the scene.

The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He’s believed to be in his early 40s.

No additional information was immediately available.
