ANACORTES, Wash. (AP) — The Shell oil refinery at Anacortes say a large maintenance project will reduce production until early November.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports (http://bit.ly/mT9tAF ) the repairs and upgrades will bring in 1,900 contract employees.
