Correction: Vancouver school employees

Vancouver school employees: Following failed bargaining, the contract imposed by Vancouver Public Schools for its secretaries, clerical and other support workers runs through August 2013. It includes “best and final” provisions agreeable to both sides, plus the layoff and scheduling policies opposed by the union. A story on Page C1 of The Columbian on Friday erred in describing the ongoing contract.
