MATTAWA, Wash. (AP) — The State Patrol says a 65-year-old bicyclist is dead after a collision with a car in Mattawa.

The patrol says David Donald Moore of Ephrata was attempting a left turn on a rural highway when he was struck from behind by a 2005 Ford Focus being driven by 27-year-old Rodney T. Deaton.

Troopers say no charges are anticipated.
