TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — A Tacoma police spokesman says a body has been found in a garbage bin in an alley. Mark Fulghum says an officer was flagged down late Wednesday afternoon by people who discovered the body.
He says the death is considered suspicious. Officers sought a search warrant for a nearby residence. Additional details were not immediately available.
