ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) — An independent investigation of sexual harassment allegations concluded that Aberdeen Municipal Court Judge Paul Conroy expressed romantic feelings toward his court administrator.

But the investigation report acquired by The Daily World (http://bit.ly/nJTBV5) did not support Aminta Hill’s allegations that Conroy stalked her.

She has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Conroy and a $2 million claim against the city.

Conroy denies any misconduct. Hill says he became hostile after she rejected his advances in October 2010. She says he criticized her work until she quit in February.

The city has sent the report on the investigation to the state Commission on Judicial Conduct.
