GRAHAM, Wash. (AP) — A Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman says a tip led investigators to a shallow grave near Graham, Wash., where they found the body of a 31-year-old woman. Spokesman Ed Troyer says the woman’s roommate, a 50-year-old man, was arrested Monday for investigation of first-degree murder.

Troyer says detectives believe the woman was fatally shot on Sunday but an autopsy is pending.

KOMO reports that the woman has been identified. Her name was not immediately released.

The two reportedly lived in an apartment outside of Puyallup.

No other details were immediately available.
