EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Jacksonville tight end Marcedes Lewis is inactive for the Jaguars’ game against the Jets, while New York linebacker David Harris and wide receiver Santonio Holmes will play.

Lewis, who had two catches in Jacksonville’s season-opening win over Tennessee, was doubtful with a strained right calf. Also among Jacksonville’s inactives Sunday are wide receiver Jason Hill (hip), who created a stir when he suggested New York cornerback Darrelle Revis and his Jets teammates were overhyped because of the market they play in.

Jacksonville cornerback Derek Cox (chest) and defensive end Aaron Kampman (knee) were ruled out Friday.

Harris (injured toe), Holmes (knee and quadriceps) and safety Eric Smith (ankle) were questionable, but are playing.
