DENVER (AP) — The San Diego Padres have activated infielder Chase Headley from the 15-day disabled list.
The 27-year-old Headley was placed on the DL on Aug. 8 with a fractured finger on his left hand. He is batting .292 with four homers and 43 RBIs in 107 games this season.
Headley is not in the starting lineup for Monday’s game at Colorado.
