NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Saints have declared cornerback Tracy Porter inactive for Sunday’s game against Chicago, while the Bears have scratched receiver Roy Williams, safety Chris Harris and guard Lance Louis.

Porter missed several practices during the past week because of a sore right calf and had been listed as questionable.

However, receiver Lance Moore, who missed the Saints’ regular season opener with a strained right groin, and safety Roman Harper, who was limited by a sore right ankle, are active.

Williams was limited last week by a sore groin, while Harris (hamstring) and Louis (ankle) had not practiced all week.

Linebacker Brian Urlacher, as expected, was in the lineup after briefly leaving the team following the death of his mother.
