TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — A Tacoma court commissioner says he won’t decide on the custody of a missing Utah mom’s two young boys until after Child Protective Services finishes its investigation.

Another hearing on Susan Powell’s boys is scheduled for Wendesday.

A lawyer for her father argued Friday that the children should be removed from a home that their father, Josh Powell, shares with father, Steven Powell, who was arrested on voyeurism and child pornography charges.

A lawyer for the state attorney general confirmed that the boys had been placed in foster care.

KOMO-TV reports that at another court hearing Friday, a judge issued a permanent injunction forbidding Josh and Steven Powell from publishing any material from her journals and ordered them to return or destroy any journals already published.
