Driver dies in crash into river at Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police say the driver was killed when a car drove through the seawall at Waterfront Park about 3 a.m. Friday in Portland.

Fire Bureau divers found the car and body in the Willamette River.

Police are investigating.
