MOSES LAKE, Wash. (AP) — The Grant County, Wash., sheriff says tips have led to the arrest in Oregon of a man sought in Tuesday’s double shooting near Moses Lake.

Sheriff Tom Jones says Bryan Brodil was arrested Friday in La Grande, Ore., for investigation of first-degree assault and first-degree robbery. U.S. marshals and La Grande police made the arrest after Grant County passed along its information.

La Grande is about 200 miles south of Moses Lake.

A second person sought in the shooting, Ivy Ramos, remains at large.

The two men injured in the shooting remain hospitalized. The sheriff’s office says 32-year-old Rolando Padron Jr. is in guarded condition and a 17-year-old juvenile is in stable condition.

The shooting happened in the gravel parking lot of a wildlife access area near Moses Lake.
