PRAGUE (AP) — The Czech soccer federation has repealed penalties against a top-division club accused of match-fixing.

Olomouc had drawn a nine-point deduction and $218,700 fine for paying a bribe. It denied any wrongdoing. Olomouc beat Bohemians Prague 3-0 at the end of the 2008-09 season to qualify for European competition.

The federation’s auditing committee revoked the initial ruling Monday, citing serious procedural mistakes.

Also overturned were penalties against Olomouc goalkeeper Petr Drobisz. He had been fined nearly $11,000 and banned 18 months for handing over $16,400 to Bohemians players. The case will go before the disciplinary committee again.
