DALLAS, Ore. (AP) — A woman sent to prison for plotting to kill a Dallas couple has been charged in a separate case with rape.

The Salem Statesman Journal reports (http://bit.ly/obc8sK ) 48-year-old Cindy Lou Beck has been charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sodomy.

Beck was sentenced to 20 years in prison for her part in the conspiracy to murder the parents of boyfriend Andrew Jondle in August 2010.

Salem detectives began investigating in December 2010, when the victim reported the abuse to authorities. He is younger than 16.

Jondle pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to at least 50 years in prison. He struck a deal to avoid facing the death penalty.

Prosecutors say the Jondles were killed because the son expected to inherit their 200-acre farm.
