VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Investigators have classified the death of a Clark County man as a homicide, and are asking for the public’s help.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says 61-year-old David Gates was found in the parking lot of a Vancouver, Wash., bank on Sept. 5.

Gates is presumed to be homeless. Police are looking for any of his associates or anyone that has information on his whereabouts on the day before he was found.

Investigators haven’t released details on the nature of Gates’ death.

The police are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
